Oliver Booth

BOOTH, Oliver-Past Master of Todmorden Lodge. Past District of Toronto District No. 4. Member of Ashler Lodge, Tillsonburg. Member for 57 years of the I.B.E.W. Electrical Union, Local 353 and a retiree of the Toronto Board of Education. Peacefully at Leisureworld, Gravenhurst on Friday, January 3, 2003, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of 60 years to Barbara. Will be sadly missed by his children William and his wife Susan, Dianne and her husband Tim Kong, Jim and his wife Sharon. Proud and loving grandfather to Scott, Jennifer, David, Martin, Denise and Melody. Great-grandfather to Rivers. Will be remembered by his brothers and sisters Howard, Robert, Marion, Kay, Gordon, Helen and Margaret and their spouses. Predeceased by his brother Wyman. Always remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge St., at Goulding, south of Steeles), on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral in the Chapel on Wednesday, January 8, 2003 at 11 a.m. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society or the Chirldren's Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
