

Cherished grandson of the late Ved Bhushan Bali (Dadda Ji), Pushpa Bali (Daddi Maa), the late Jagmohan Lal Gautam (Nana), and the late Usha Gautam.
Tarun was the loving and devoted husband of Komal Sharma Bali, and the dearly loved son of Ashok Bali and Neena Bali. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his sister Manisha Mohan and her husband Rajiv Mohan, his brother Varun Bali and his wife Manisha (Nannu) Bali, and his brother-in-law Shiv Sharma.
He leaves behind his beloved nephews, Rayansh Mohan and Aryan Bali, and his cherished niece, Aerika Bali, all of whom brought him immense joy and pride. Tarun's memory will also be lovingly treasured by the extended Bali, Gautam, Mohan, Sharma, Menon, and Bhanot families, as well as by the many friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.
Provincial Constable Bali was a member of the Dufferin OPP Detachment, with two and a half years of service. At the time of this death, he was on deployment with the James Bay Detachment.
He was a dedicated and enthusiastic officer, with a strong sense of community. He volunteered supporting Peel Region Victim Services and was part of the Sur-Taal Heritage Organization. He spoke multiple languages including Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
Provincial Constable Bali was a valued and integral member of his team and the organization as a whole. He exemplified a strong work ethic and demonstrated tremendous potential. His commitment and contributions will not be forgotten. He will forever be a hero in life.
The service for Provincial Constable Tarun Bali will take place on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Mississauga Sports and Entertainment Centre at 5500 Rose Cherry Pl.
The visitation and funeral service, for family and guests, members of the OPP, police and emergency services, military and dignitary officials, is not open to the general public.
There will be a designated location for viewing the funeral cortege escort in person as well as opportunities to watch the funeral service via livestream. Further details will be provided as they become available.
