Dad died peacefully on December 18, 2008 in his 86th year, surrounded by family members. He had been married to Evelyn for 63 years. He will also be missed and lovingly remembered by his sons Richard and Lester, his daughters-in-law Janet and Marney, his granddaughter Megan and her fiance Ian and his grandson Sam. He was the fomer General Manager of The Toronto Cricket, Skating and Curling Club. A special thank you from the family to the staff of the 6th floor at Toronto Rehab Centre, on University Avenue, for their outstanding care, both for him and us.
