passed away peacefully with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday May 16, 2007. Ron, beloved son of Shirley and the late Hugo Pilon and loving brother of Fred and Marilyn Pilon , Jennifer and Mark Veenstra , Fran Pilon , Wilma and Brian Moore. He will be sadly missed by 13 nieces and nephews and all of his family and friends. Special thanks to all those who took part in Ron's care in the past six months. Friends may call on Friday, May 18, 2007 from 7-9 p.m. at the Bethel Canadian Reformed Church . A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Bethel Canadian Reformed Church(11251 Bayview Avenue). Interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
