With hearts filled with gratitude and love, we share that Sam passed away peacefully with his children by his side on Friday May 29. Sam is survived by his four children, Perry (Pamela), Patti (Barry), Philip (Gwen), and Paul (Bonnie). Grandfather to Peter (Nicola), Quinton (Whitney), Emily, Martin, Dorothy (Ashley), Selina, Luca, Madeline (Bennett), Graydon and 2 Great Grandchildren Keira and Isabelle. Our heartfelt thanks to the many supportive health care workers who have cared for him so lovingly.
Visitation for Sam will be held at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes – Thornhill on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow the service.
Donations in Sam's memory if desired can be made to the Charity of your choice.
