Peacefully passed away on Monday, November 3, 2008 at St. Joseph's Health Centre at the age of 75. Predeceased by his beloved wife Florence. Loving father of Joan and her husband Mario Sequeira and Stuart and his wife Kim. Dear grandfather of Sydney and Samantha. Brother of Tam (Kyo) Shoji, May (Shig) Ono, Sab (Martha) Seki, and Jeep (Kay) Seki. Special dear friend of Yuri Yamamoto. Tak will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2008 from 2-3 p.m at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Private cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
