Passed away peacefully at York Central Hospital at the age of 94. Beloved wife of Cesare Rizzuto for 73 years. Loving mother of Pasquale (Teresa), Vittoria (Vincenzo Furlano), Vito (Egidia), Domenico (Rose), Maria (Joseph Santangelo) and Grace (Sam Procopio). Loving Nonna of 13 grandchildren and cherished Great-Nonna of 22 great-grandchildren. Teresa will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. The Rizzuto Family would like to thank the 5th Floor Staff at York Central Hospital Extended Health Care. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 7, 2011 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paschal Baylon R.C. Church (92 Steeles Avenue West, west of Yonge). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
