Beloved wife of the late Elicos. Survived by her loving sisters Voula and Niki, and predeceased by her sister Christina, and her brother Christos. Cherished aunt of Helen (Tony), Georgina (Steven), Mary (Brian) and Diane (Terry) and their families. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews in Canada and Greece. Treasured God Mother to Angie (Michael) and Aliki.
Vaso will be lovingly remembered for her generosity, caring and warm nature.
Friends may call on Monday, October 5, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at All Saints Greek Orthodox Church (222 Burbank Drive). Interment to follow at York Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Hellenic Home for the Aged in support of the Construction for the Sts. Kyrillos & Methodios Greek Orthodox Chapel in Scarborough.
