He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Ada (De Leonardis). Vince is reunited in Heaven with his son, Jimmy. He was a warm and loving father to Laurie (Miguel La Torre) and adoring grandfather to Nathan, Bryce and Charlette. He will be remembered by his brother, Steve (Yolanda), and reunited with his brother John (survived by sister-in-law Marina) and missed by his nieces and nephews.
He cherished his grandchildren dearly, and of all the roles he held in life, being their Nonno was the one he was proudest of.
Born in Toronto in 1935 to Mary and James Corvese, Vince’s story was one of humble beginnings and a belief that hard work brought success. Having worked his way from the ground up to become owner of Oakwood Lumber & Millwork, dedicating over 40 years to the industry.
