Son of the late Mary Millard Laviolette and James Francis Howell. Dear brother of Michael and Joan (Harold McKechnie), Donald, and the late John. Proud uncle of Wesley, Jennifer (Kiel), James, and Daniel (Amber), and great-uncle of Marley. He will be sadly missed by his cousins and friends.
