Billy Lee Adams

Billy and Kathy were married for 58 years on August 1, 2022. They shared a home, vacations, family, love, challenges and so much more.

Billy was born in Morrow, Nebraska at his parents home to Edward Lee Adams and LaVon Lorraine. He was a cowboy and worked on the family farm. He left school in the 10th grade to get a job then joined the service. He served in the Army from September 8, 1962 and was honorably discharged on October 31, 1966. He was top tank gunman and was a sharp shooter. Billy loved working with horses and was very good at it. He fulfilled one of his dreams of breaking and training horses. He became a daddy in Sept of 1964 and again in July of 1968. His little girl Rebecca Rae and his little boy Lonnie Lee. He provided for his family for most of his career as a truck driver, driving cross country. He also achieved his GED on March 29, 1984. Which he and his family were so proud of him.

Billy was preceded in death by his Mom and Dad, his brothers, Bobby and Lester and his sisters, Patricia and Virginia.

He was survived by his wife Kathryn, his son Lonnie and daughter Becky and two sisters JoAnne and Laura.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
