He was born January 8, 1948 to Geraldine and William Painter in Waynoka, Oklahoma. Clarence graduated from Waynoka High School in 1966 and moved to New Mexico for a short time before moving and settling in Denver, Colorado.
In 1967 he started work at Colorado Milling and Elevator. He later married Theresa Painter in September of 1976 and they lived in Thornton, Colorado until 2016 when they moved to Frederick, Colorado. Clarence retired in 2021.
Clarence loved to fish, camp, and gamble. He was a caring, fun loving man who would do anything for anyone at any time.
He is survived by his wife Theresa, daughters Toni Boen (Timmy), Lori Bailey, son Michael Painter (Adriene), grandchildren Trenton Talon, Teagun Boen, Shyla, Tiffany, Angela and Mike Jr. (deceased), Ashley, and Patric Painter. Siblings Bill Painter (Pat), Connie Bailey (Larry), and Kathy Bavido (deceased). As well as many sister and brothers in law, and countless nieces and nephews.
A memorial service for Clarence will be held Monday, January 13, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, in Heritage Hall which is located at 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229.
