Eian Michael Ballinger

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eian Ballinger, who left us all too soon at the age of 23. Eian passed away on September 12, 2023, leaving a void in the lives of his Mother Joanne, his Father Mike, his Brother Lance, his Sister Hayley, his Son Grayson, and all of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Eian was born on August 3, 2000 in Denver, CO to the proud parents, Mike and Joanne. From the moment he entered this world, Eian’s endless jokes and infectious laughter brought joy to everyone around him. He was a son, a brother, a father, and a friend to everyone he met.

Eian's journey through life was characterized by an unwavering passion for adventure and an insatiable curiosity. He had a deep love for the ocean and beaches. He spent his weekends paddle boarding in Colorado or taking spontaneous last minute trips to California just to be in the ocean. Eian will also be remembered for his drive and ingenuity. He never stayed idle and was always passionate about driving his life forward; a true entrepreneur whether that be with a new idea for a clothing business, a restaurant, or a lie detector service. His drive and sense of adventure was contagious. He inspired those around him to never stop wondering about the world and all things bigger than man itself.

Eian's kindness, compassion, and empathy were truly exceptional and way beyond his 23 years. He had an innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life, making friends wherever he went. He was always quick to find a positive thought to share with everyone- even strangers. He enjoyed giving compliments to strangers every day just to make their day- their hair, shirt, shoes, it didn’t matter as long as they felt better about themselves after he walked away.

Eian is survived by his loving parents, Mike and Joanne, his siblings, Lance and Hayley, and his beautiful son Grayson who will forever cherish the memories they created together. Eian's friends and extended family will also hold him close in their hearts, remembering the beautiful soul who brightened their lives.

A memorial service to celebrate Eian's life will be held on September 26, 2023 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church @ 11:00 am.

As we mourn the loss of Eian let us also celebrate the vibrant and extraordinary life he lived. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and adventure that will continue to inspire us all. Though his time with us was brief the impact he made on those around him will be felt for generations to come.

Rest in peace, Eian. You will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
