It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Georgina “Gina” Martel, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Georgina passed away peacefully and surrounded by love, leaving behind a lasting legacy of kindness, warmth, and compassion. She was a beacon of light to all who knew her, bringing joy, love, and comfort to everyone she came in contact with.
Georgina is survived by her loving husband, Brad Weimer; beautiful daughters, Taylor (Dillon), Mia, and Hannah; mother, Veronica; father, George; brother, Chris; sister, Melissa; and her cherished nieces, Cloey and Isabella. Georgina’s family was the center of her world, and her love for them was immeasurable.
A woman of immense kindness and selflessness, Georgina had a profound impact on everyone who was fortunate enough to know her. She will be truly missed by her entire family, friends, and the countless others whose lives she touched.
A rosary will be held on April 10th at 5:30 PM, and a memorial service will follow on April 11th at 11:00 AM. Both services will take place at Holy Cross Church in Thornton, Colorado.
Georgina’s memory will forever live in the hearts of those who loved her. Rest in peace, Georgina. You will never be forgotten.
