James Washington Ramsburg passed away on 8/13/12. Survived by children; Larry (Leslie), Doug (Jeffrey), Wendy (Michael) & grandchildren; Kailey, Stephen, Rachel, & Josh. Graveside Service, Mon., August 20th at 10:00AM at Olinger Highland Cemetery.. Guests to meet in Highland Mortuary main lobby ar 9:45AM. James will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.
