Khanh was born in Canton, China, on March 21, 1932, to his parents Tsou Ping Nam and Chung Le Anh. As the second eldest of seven children, Khanh grew up in a tight-knit family and learned the value of hard work and dedication from a young age. His strong family values stayed with him throughout his life, and he was known for being a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Khanh fled to Vietnam during World War II. There, he married Le My Tran and together they raised his eight children. After the Vietnamese war, he met his second wife, Au Nhu Hue. The family immigrated to the United States in 1980, where Khanh took on various restaurant jobs. Eventually, he became the proud owner of Dragon Gate, a popular restaurant in Littleton, Colorado.
Khanh's greatest joy in life was spending time with his family. He was passionate about education and enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren go to school to obtain various degrees. He was a dedicated and loving grandfather who cherished every moment he spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They all have very fond memories of their time with him growing up.
Khanh is survived by his eight children, twenty-one grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. As the head of a large family, his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him. His legacy of hard work, love, and dedication will live on through his family and friends, and he will be sorely missed.
