Linda Rose Giron-Johnson, lovingly known as Wimba, was called home on January 12, 2026, at just 7 years old, while surrounded by love in her home in Commerce City, Colorado. Though her time on this earth was far too short, the joy, light, and love she shared will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew her.
Linda was born on May 18, 2018, in Denver, Colorado, to her devoted parents, Briana Shayla Giron and Fabian Alejandro Giron-Veliz. From the very beginning, she was a bright, beautiful soul whose smile could light up any room. She had a gentle, loving spirit and a heart full of kindness that touched everyone around her.
Linda loved to draw and express her creativity, often spending hours playing games, playing with slime, and joyfully taking part in TikTok trends. She adored her fur babies and cherished time spent cuddling and playing with them. She had a special love for Stitch, Baby Yoda, and Frozen, which brought her endless happiness and comfort.
More than anything, Linda was a caring and loving baby girl who made a huge impact on her family, friends, and everyone blessed to know her. Her laughter, warmth, and pure heart will never be forgotten.
Linda is survived by her loving mother, Briana Giron; her loving father, Fabian Giron; and her beloved older sisters, Destene Giron (DD), Haylee Giron (HeHe), and Jazlyn Giron (Jazzy). She also leaves behind her cherished furry friends: Ally, Toby, Speedy, Stryker, Dozer, and Una, who brought her so much joy. As well as being survived by her grandparents, aunts, numerous uncles, and cousins. And all the hearts she has touched.
Though our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful for the precious memories Linda gave us. Her love will continue to surround us, guiding us, and reminding us of the beautiful soul she was and always will be.
A visitation will be held at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, located at 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO, 80229, US. The visitation is scheduled for January 20, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
