Michael loved the outdoors, running, rock climbing, hiking and camping. He led a very busy life—taking classes to finish his bachelor’s degree, going to his job, working out and yet he always made time for his Dog, Archer (Archie).
Those who knew Michael, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.
Michael will be missed every day by his Parents, Martin Grit and Pattie Schwartz-Grit, Brother Ryan Schwartz, Step-brother Justin Grit (Rita) and Step-sister Kristin Howes (Sol) and his loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephew and his many, many great friends.
We have comfort in knowing Michael is surrounded by loving family members that were there to meet him in heaven. We LOVE and MISS him today and will every day until we see him again!! XOXO
An intimate memorial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, Thornton CO.
