

69, passed away peacefully in Lafayette, Colorado on October 19, 2015. Bob, as he was known to many family and friends, was married to his beloved wife of 48 years, Rose on October 28, 1967 in Pueblo, Colorado; where they met. Bob is survived by: his wife Rose De Herrera, two daughters Sandy (Mike) Florez and Tana De Herrera; one son Robert C. (Julie) De Herrera; one brother CHy De Herrera; one sister Patsy De Herrera; three grandsons Michael (Alisha) Florez, Robbie and J. J. De Herrera; two granddaughters Jennifer (Eddy) Florez, and Victoria De Herrera.
Bob is preceded in death by: his parents Cornelius and Mary De Herrera, three brothers Ricardo, Jo Jo, and Tommy De Herrera; one sister Virginia De Herrera; and one grandson Keenan Wigglesworth/De Herrera.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Robert De Herrera's name to the American Diabetes Association located at P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, Virginia 22312 or found on their website at www.Diabetes.org.
There will be a visitation held at the Olinger Highland Mortuary Chapel on Monday, October 26th from 5 to 7 p.m. Directly following the visitation will be a Rosary service at 7 p.m. also, at Olinger Highland Mortuary Chapel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church located at 9371 Wigham Street in Denver, Colorado 80229. An interment ceremony with military honors is to take place directly following the funeral mass at Fort Logan National Cemetery located at 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd. in Denver, Colorado 80235.
