He was predeceased by his Wife Angelina Parker, his two daughters Sandy and Kathy, brother Bob and sister Carol.
Ronald was born April 21, 1945, in Wyoming to Ronald Parker and Phyliss Garvey. He survives Justin Butler and Charlina Tow (Patrick Tow). He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
