Rose was born April 1, 1931, in Ft. Lupton, Colorado - the daughter of Max and Petra Sailas. She was their second child of twelve.
Rose passed while holding husband Isaac’s hand and in the presence of sons Joseph and Christopher. Although diagnosed with heart disease in August, she was strong to the end. Just two days before she left us, she was welcoming visitors, laughing with family, enjoying pictures of grand and great grand- children, reading her Bible and asking for ice cream.
Rose is survived by, husband Isaac, son’s Joseph and Christopher, their spouses and many grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Olinger Highland Mortuary, 10201 N. Grant Street, Thornton, CO.
A reception for family and friends will follow the service at the home of Joe and Ted at 8519 W. 95th Drive, Westminster, CO.
