He married Leola in Goodland, Kansas on July 1, 1949. They had 2 children, Doyle & Debra.
Roy enjoyed working as a truck driver for Navajo and ABF Freight Lines. After he retired, he often went to Blackhawk. He called it going “up to the hills for rest and relaxation”.
He will be greatly missed and his memory will be forever cherished.
Roy is survived by his daughter, Debra Olinger; son, Doyle Bunch; grandchildren, Dennice, Tonia, Brian and Amanda; great-grandchildren, , Bryanna, Sonya, Annalisa and Amber; sisters, Arlene and Irma.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Leola; brothers, Lyle, Oris, Charles and Duane.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 10:00 am at Olinger Highland Mortuary Chapel.
