I had no idea until now Scott had passed.  I fished with him quite often during the winter, and was looking forward to pulling fish out of the ice with him again this year.  I am very saddened by your family's loss, and for the passing of a great person.

Scott my prayers are with your children, parents, brother, and all who knew you. May their lives be filled with love and happiness, and I pray they find peace from loosing someone so dear to us all. You have always held a special place in my heart. You loved me when I thought no one could, you showed me I was worth something even though I was broken and alone. I have never and will never stop loving you. My only comfort now is knowing you're watching over us now and we will reunited someday.

Our hearts are breaking for the Noguchi family. Scott was a great son, brother and friend. Will be missed!

Scott you were truly one of the best friends I ever had.  You treated me as if I were part of your own family and I am forever grateful.  I'll see and talk to you September 28th my friend.

Scott, Although I didn't know you well, your stories and passion for fishing as well as your kids have made an impact upon me.  I truly wish that we had had time to fish and hang out more.  RIP my friend, you were a good man.

Awwww... Scott you have always been a really good friend & I am definitely going to miss you!!! I truly wish that we had our chance to hang out before you had to leave!!! My condolences to you, your children & whole family!!! You will forever be miss & remembered!!!
