William “Bill” Howes was born on October 7, 1948 in Blue Island Illinois to Mary Alice and William B Howe’s. He grew up in Davenport, Iowa and enjoyed playing baseball and pool. He attended Assumption High School but graduated from Brophy Prep in Phoenix, Arizona. Bill earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.
The Denver, Colorado Area became his home in about 1977 and he loved being a “Buff” as well as socializing with his many friends. He helped manage Chappies Sports Bar and eventually was employed with Showcase Billiards in Westminster. Shooting pool and teaching the sport were his passion!
He is survived by his Sister Betsy Applebaum of Lady Lake, FL and brother Jim of Cromwell, CT, and beloved nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
He is preceded in Death by his Mother and Father as well as his oldest sister Kathi Howes.
Bill will be missed by all of the people whose lives he touched!
