Dad you were one of a kind and I will really miss you.



I am going to really miss our Friday afternoon and early evening visits where you told us many stories about growing up in Philadelphia; about your trips to "the shore" and New York;  Stories about your family and many friends;  about your World Travels to India, Iran, New Zealand and Australia;  How you became a shell back and the grief you gave me for missing that opportunity by 60 miles.  Also the stories of your homes in Minnesota and your job at the "Officers Club" on the base;  About your trip to Colorado in the Rambler as well as many, many more.  After you told your stories, you always said, That's all I have.  What have you got? 

Kathy and I will miss those days tremendously.  At least you have been re-united with "Dot" and are in a better place. May you rest in peace.

The best  of the best is you. I look at the accomplishments you made makes relies how great you are not many made as far as you . I know god is with you and grandma too . Hope you won the prize and know that you weren't cheated because of all of are love we all shared May gods love be with you love you ,Sure we'll be missed .

I will forever miss the story's you would tell me when we would visit with eachother. You will always be the man I loak up to. You will always be in my heart.

To My Grandfather,  You were always there without hesitation.  You gave me advise, and guidance throughout my whole life.  You were my mentor, my scholar, story teller.  I will always miss you.  I love you.

Even though we didn't get to see each other often, I always looked forward to the times we had together.  I will always remember talking with him and the stories he shared with me.  He was a kind, caring and thoughtful man.  I feel blessed to have known him.  He will be deeply and forever missed.

It's hard to say goodbye to someone who's always been there. He was someone you can always count on. He will be truly missed by everyone that knew him. He will forever remain in my heart.

I only knew Mr. Simon for 8 yrs. but he quickly became "dad" to me. He was a wonderful, caring, sensitive man. I am glad I got to know him and I will miss him greatly.

Grandpa, I loved hearing the stories you told about our family history and you growing up with Grandma. I enjoyed when you gave me a hard time and also the advice you gave me while growing up. You will remain in my heart for eternity.
