She was born in Portland, Oregon on March 7, 1927. Eleanor graduated from Tigard High School. She married William Mills on November 24, 1945.
She had a passion for reading, stained glass and painting. She is survived by her children; Kathy, David and Mark Mills and brother, Howard Handley.
A tribute to her legacy will be held at 2:00 pm on November 19th at Hearthstone at Murrayhill in Beaverton.
