Joyce Lynn Newcomb of Beaverton, Oregon passed away on December 25, 2020. She was 60. Joyce was born on July 28, 1969 in La Grande, Oregon to parents Alvin and Audrey (Millo) Berry. She is survived by daughter, Brittany Joyce Newcomb of Beaverton, Oregon; and brother Robert Berry.
