Mrs. Boettcher was a retired business owner, who moved to the area in 2000.
Survivors include husband, Daniel Boettcher of Tigard, Or.; and son, Nathan (Corinne) Boettcher of Tigard, Or.
A private Memorial Service will be held for Martha.
