Patricia Katherine Margaret O'Rourke

Patricia Katherine Margaret O'Rourke, age 68 of Hillsboro, OR passed away at home on August 19th, 2017. She was born in Portland, OR to Jack O’Rourke and Betty Torland on August 19th, 1949. Patricia graduated from Tigard High School in 1967. Pattie worked for Council of Supply Chain Management out of Oakbrook, IL for 22 years before she retired in August 2015.

Pattie had a passion for gardening and she was amazing at it. She loved music, dancing, concerts, plays, the Oregon Ducks and the Trailblazers. She loved playing the piano, sewing and helping to teach her granddaughter how to become a self-sufficient young woman. She loved amazing jewelry and fabulous shoes and purses. She loved life and was a social queen, a classy, vibrant, outspoken woman and she will be missed by so many lives that she touched. She was a rock, not only to her own children but to others as well.

She is survived by her daughter’s Jessica Hall-Bennett and Javene Hall, her son-in-law Paul Bennett, her granddaughter Isabella McCall, her brother Mike O’Rourke, his wife Debbie O’Rourke and their two children Melissa Baker and Sean O’Rourke along with countless friends that called her family.

A Memorial Service will be held at Youngs Funeral Home from 10-11:30am on August 26th, 2017 at Youngs Funeral Home in Tigard, OR.
