David Roland Pearce, age 73, of Parkville, Maryland passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024 at Oakcrest Village. He spent most of his working career working for Baltimore County. He started as a bus driver and ended his career as a Paraeducator at Chesapeake High School BCPS in 2016.
David is the son of the late James Roland Pearce and Florence Merryman Pearce. He is survived by a sister Betsy Pearce McCormick and her husband Stephen of Williamsburg, Virginia. He is also survived by his niece Margaret Ross McCormick and significant other Andrew of Fairbanks, Alaska. He also leaves behind 2 nephews, James Ian McCormick and his wife Sarah of Williamsburg, Virginia and Oliver Ross McCormick and his significant other, Alyssa of Hatfield, Pennsylvania. He is survived by a great niece Quinn Fox McCormick and 2 great-nephews, James Ross McCormick and Parker Cash McCormick, all of Williamsburg, Virginia. He also leaves behind 2 long time and loyal friends, Jean Harrison and Deana Forish.
A Protestant Memorial Service for David will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Oakcrest Retirement Community, 8800 Walther Blvd, Parkville, Maryland 21234, in the Performing Arts Center. Attendees should plan accordingly to get processed thru security.
