Barlipp passed away on February 17, 2024 surrounded by her devoted family at home; beloved wife of the late Melvin Robert Barlipp; loving mother of Robert Barlipp and his wife Andrea Earl; dear sister of Davanna Rembold. cherished grandmother of Julie Vittek and her husband Martin, Andrea Cox and her husband Andrew, Lindsey Earl Adams and her husband Timothy Adams, Lucia Barlipp and the late Eric Barlipp; adoring great-grandmother of Charlotte Vittek; Dear aunt of Denise Sayers and her husband, Ronald, of Edgewood, MD, Donald L. Rembold Jr. and his wife, Judith, of Bel Air, MD. Great-aunt of Stephanie Sayers, and Rebecca Rembold.
