Harry F. “Fil” Dowling, Jr. passed away on February 9, 2021; loving son of the late Harry F. Dowling, MD and Edith Laine Dowling; dear brother of William Dowling, PhD, and the late John Dowling, MD; cousin of Conway Henderson and Anne Yeoman; loving uncle of William L. Dowling, II, Patrick M. Dowling, and Elisabeth Dowling Root; longtime companion of Phyllis Hofkin; also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
Services and interment private.
