James W. Waters passed away on February 10, 2026; beloved son of the late George D. and Mary C. Waters; dear brother of Delores C. White and her husband John and the late Eugene Waters, Milton Waters, Robert “Willy” Waters, Barbara Johnson, Richard Waters, and Charlotte Wilson; also survived many cherished nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 10 to 11am at which time James’ life will be celebrated at 11am.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
