Suddenly on June 20, 2013 JOHN EUGENE SCHMELZ; devoted son of Nancy Schmelz (nee Tyrie) and the late Eugene Schmelz; loving brother of Nancy Cassell and her husband Wayne, Mark Schmelz and his wife Cindy and Lawrence Schmelz and his wife Deborah; caring uncle of Jennifer Wright, Kate Craver and the late Timothy Wright; dear great-uncle of Payton and Cayden Francis and John's faithful cat, Tasha.
