Peacefully, while surrounded by his adoring family John Sudey, Jr. passed away on January 5, 2023; loving husband for 58 to the late Dorothea R. Sudey (nee Salafia); loving father of Dorianne Griffey and her husband James and the late Scott John Sudey; cherished grandfather of Ashley, James and Colin Griffey; adoring great-grandfather of Natalie, Jonathan and Bryson; also survived by family in Slovakia.
The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC., 10 W. Padonia Road, Timonium, MD 21093 on Monday, January 9 from 4 to 7pm and Tuesday, January 10, at the chapel of Stella Maris, 2300 Dulaney Valley Road, Timonium, MD 21093 from 10:30 to 11am at which time a Mass will celebrated at 11am. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
