Mary L. Eckhart, 94, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2018 surrounded by her loving family; loving wife of the late George F. Eckhart, Jr.; beloved mother of Georgianna Cook and her companion George Lohman, Fred and his late wife Carolyn Eckhart, Robert Eckhart and Carol Eckhart, Pamela Keatley and her companion Robert Hahn, Larry Eckhart and his wife Julia, Brian Eckhart and his companion Joanne Hollister, Julia Isennock and her husband Ray, and the late Douglas Eckhart; dear mother-in-law of the late Margaret Eckhart; dear sister of Audrey Reid, Evelyn George, and the late William Harris, Jr.; cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Rd) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Celebration of Mary’s life will be held in the Valley Baptist Church, 1401 York Road, Lutherville, Maryland 21093 on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 am. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery.
