On July 7, 2010, Mary Jane LaVardera ; loving wife of the late Paul C. LaVardera; devoted mother of James P. LaVardera and Karen A. Panella; dear sister of William Rowley and Genevieve Becker and the late Audrey Miraglia; cherished grandmother of Denise LaVardera Shields, Jeana LaVardera Greulach, Rico Philip Tagliaferri, Melody Tagliaferri Cronin, Nicholas LaVardera, and Anna LaVardera; loved great-grandmother of Emerson Shields, Griffin Shields, Matilda Greulach, Frances Greulach, and Luca Cronin.
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093, on Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Chapel of Stella Maris, 2300 Dulaney Valley Road Timonium, MD on Monday, July 12, at 11 AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be directed in Mrs. LaVardera's name to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 825 Hammonds Ferry Road, Suite H Linthicum, MD 21090.
