

Philip F. Budzynski, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on December 23, 2020. Phil loved his country, and proudly served in the US Army during the Korean conflict from 1957 to 1962 as a Decoder. He worked at Bethlehem Steel for 40 years in the accounting department until his retirement. He belonged the Father O'Neill Council of the Knights of Columbus and achieved the honor of being 4th degree Knight and served in the Color Guard. Phil was a devout Catholic and had a true devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He will be truly missed by his family and friends and will be remembered for his wit, great sense of humor and generosity. Phil was a devoted husband for 62 years to Dolores Budzynski; loving son of the late Ignatius and Anna Budzynski; loved father of Karen Queppet and her husband Bob, Donna Brumbaugh and her husband Brian, Brenda Budzynski and Philip J. Budzynski and his wife Katey; dear brother of Bernice Bosse, and the late John and Joseph Budzynski; cherished grandfather to 8 grandchildren: Melanie Queppet, Mark Queppet, Tom Queppet, Jim Brumbaugh, John Queppet, Joe Queppet, Logan Budzynski, and Michelle Brumbaugh and great grandfather of Avila Queppet.
Family and friends will be received at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 from 9 to 10:30 am.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 100 Church Lane, Cockeysville, MD 21030 on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 11am. The Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed at: https://www.facebook.com/160118960675658/videos/709046626649952. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
