I just recently learned of Phil’s passing and wish I could have attended the service. It’s been quite some time since I had contact with Phil but as kids we grew up together playing sports. He was an excellent baseball pitcher and basketball player and a superb high school soccer player at Towson High.  He was one of my best friends growing up in Towson - I lived on Jeffers Court a stone’s throw from Bowman Court.  He was such a great friend and wonderful person like the rest of his siblings that I knew.  Many a day spent together up at Riderwood Elementary playing sports etc. with  so many wonderful memories and stories come to mind. My sincerest condolences to his family.  May Phil Rest In Peace

  I remember when I was about 10 or 11, mom took us on vacation to Maryland. Phil went with us to D.C. sightseeing and a helicopter was flying over. Phil called it a "he## of a copter". We looked at my mom to see if she was going to be mad at Phil for swearing, she looked at him and he was looking at her grinning from ear to ear. All she could do was laugh at him. We also went swimming at the quarry and Phil would swing over the water on a rope swing and drop into the water. The most recent memories was Phil coming to Ohio for my wedding. I was so excited that he was coming. It was great to see him laughing and smiling with his siblings and cousins. That is an image I will never forget. 

  Phil and I had a few conversations he would say how blessed he was to have his family, that they stood by him and helped him when he needed it. He would also tell me how very proud he was of Alison and all of her accomplishments. He said he could not have  asked for a better daughter and was so proud of the young lady she has become. He also said he enjoyed dog sitting for her.
 
  I will miss Phil's jokes, smile and laughter but he will always be in my heart. I love you dear cousin.  R.I.P.

Uncle Phil was an amazing person, He will be greatly missed.  I fondly remember family parties where he would be attached to a camera or bring over loads of Frito Lay products.  Uncle Phil always had a smile on his face or a story to tell.  Love , Tiffany, Danny, Nicholas, and Jackson

One of my favorite memories of Uncle Phil was watching him play with our boys. He would get down on the floor with them and wrestle/ tickle them. They would all be giggling. He is already missed. 

Of course I have a million memories of my dad (and I’m sure I’ll share many more), but the one that comes to mind right now is driving down 83 a few weeks ago listening to Queen on his brand new radio he had just installed and seeing the smile on his face and how excited he was that the sound quality was so good. I miss that smile and voice <3
