Phyllis "Jeanie" Blizzard

On Friday, March 23, 2018, Phyllis Jean Blizzard (nee Turnbaugh) beloved wife of the late John Edward Blizzard, Jr.; devoted mother of John E. Blizzard III and Vickie Jean Beam (nee Blizzard); adored grandmother of Jason Blizzard, Jennifer DiMercurio (nee Blizzard), Shawn Noble, Shannon Dillon (nee Noble) and Robert Fabel ; dear sister of Howard Gordon Turnbaugh Jr. and James Walter Turnbaugh; and adored great grandmother of 14 children.

Family will receive guests on Monday, March 26, 2018 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. at 10 W. Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland (at York Rd).

A Celebration Service of Phyllis’ life will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.
