On April 8, 2011 RUTH ELAINE PERKINS (nee Damm); beloved wife of the late Robert F. Perkins; dear sister-in-law of Eleanor Grimes of Westminster, MD, Janet Feezer of Eldersburg, MD, and Mary Jane Buttrill of Beaumont, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Perkins had a long career at Graphic Arts Publishing Company in Baltimore. She was a long time member of Sherwood Episcopal Church and was active with the Girl Scouts, youth groups, Paul’s Place, and the Cockeysville Branch of the public library.
A Memorial Service will be celebrated in Sherwood Episcopal Church, 5 Sherwood Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030 on Tuesday, April 12 at 11am. Interment Private. The family of Mrs. Perkins wishes to thank her care givers on the 4th floor at Pickersgill Retirement Community and Gilchrist Hospice for their kindness and care.
