Col Biggs was my first officer when I joined the 180th Fighter Wing. Was was well respected and liked by all of us that worked for him.  My families thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I had the honor and privilege of working for Gerry at Pilkington. He certainly was a first class gentleman and the best boss I have ever had. He treated everyone with respect at all levels of the organization and didn't hesitate to speak his mind in the most diplomatic manner. He was a great teacher to his employees and he always made time for us. Gerry was a very kind man who also knew how to have a fun time. Rest in peace Gerry.
