Phillip R. Nelson, age 63, passed away Monday, January 24, 2011, at home under hospice care. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on December 10, 1947 to Clifford and Frieda Nelson. Phillip worked at Payless Shoes and enjoyed talking with customers and friends. He also enjoyed weaving in his free time.
Phillip was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Tom Nelson.
