Carlota H. Sapien, 81, of Tolleson, passed away on February 17, 2016 in Tolleson. She is preceded in death by both parents Apolinar and Josephina; her husband Martin; siblings Matilde, Teresa, Adela, Virginia, Carmen, Jose and Gilbert. Carlota is survived by her children Thomas, Ray and Michael; brothers Vicente, Guillermo, and Paul; grandchildren Melissa, Monique, Tommy, Denise, Marissa, Daphnee and Robert; and great grandchildren Ariel, Isaiah, Alexis, Alexandria and Joshua. Visitation will be held Tuesday February 23, 2016 from 5-7pm with a rosary service from 7-8pm at Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home, Tolleson, AZ. Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday February 24, 2016 at 11am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Tolleson, AZ. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Avondale, AZ.
