Sanida Christy Pickett, 44 years of age, of Phoenix, passed away unexpectedly on
January 25th 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona.
She was born on March 28th, 1979 to the late Concepcion “Connie” Guevara and
Santiago James Diaz in Phoenix, Arizona.
Sanida is survived by her domestic partner Patricia Aguayo, five children, Isabella
Medina, Katrina Medina, Kia-ra De la Fuente, Velycia Pickett, and Logan Pickett; and her two
grandchildren Tobias and Mia; and her six siblings, Sanderlin George, Savannah Rhodes,
Santiago Diaz, Sabrina Diaz, Angelita Wilkinson, and Aissa Ramirez.
In lieu of funeral services, and to honor Sanida’s character a celebration of life will be
held for her family and friends on March 30th, 2024.
