Dr. Sturm graduated from Rutgers University and New York University School of Dentistry. In his illustrious career, he was a respected educator, speaker, and author of newsletters, articles, and industry training materials.
An enthusiastic Giants fan and animal lover, Peter also held interests in magic, aircraft piloting, and travelling. He enjoyed his membership at the Moose Lodge of Ortley Beach.
Peter is survived by his wife of 46 years, Paula Sturm (nee Mahler), a daughter, Paige Morabito of Pennsylvania, a son-in-law Mark Morabito, and two granddaughters, Siena and Gianna.
Visiting will be held Sunday, February 19th from 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Anderson-Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River. Funeral Services will be held Monday, 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association OF NJ and the Visiting Nurses Hospice of Ocean County.
