

Frank graduated from William Dickinson High School, in Jersey City, New Jersey. He served in the Army National Guard for 6 years. Frank worked as a prep cook at Krones Restaurant in Lavallette, and continued his career as a manager at Blimpie in Lakewood. He enjoyed attending church services and was a member of Abundant Grace Church in Toms River. Frank spent his summers fishing and crabbing on the Barnaget Bay. He loved to cook, especially Italian and seafood meals for his family. Frank had a green thumb. He could spend hours planting flowers and growing vegetables in the garden.
Frank is predeceased by his parents; sister, Joanne; and his first wife, Patricia Henkel.
Frank is survived by his loving wife Nancy; brother, Matthew; seven children; and fifteen grandchildren.
Viewing will be on Friday, May 7, 2021 10am to 12pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ. Burial will immediately follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to Joel Osteen Ministries.
