Mr. Stochel was employed as the Head Custodian at Manchester High School from 2003 until 2017. He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, and enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia, his coin collection and crabbing.
He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Sophie Stochel, and by his sisters, Emily Depremio and Catherine Stochel. He is survived by his wife, Cindy; his daughter, Lauren Stochel; his brother, Walter Stochel; his nieces, Laura, Julie and Christine; his nephews, George, William and Walter Jr.
Visitation will be Monday, March 9, 2020 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. Cremation will be private.
