

He was the father of his 26 year old son, Andrew, who has special needs. Jeff was Andrew’s primary caregiver and hero. Andrew often called him Superman or the Incredible Hulk. Jeff’s world revolved around his son, and he was a great dad. One of their favorite things to do together was watch wrestling.
Jeff lived with Andrew’s mother and his best friend, Joyce. Together, they raised Andrew with love, patience, and care.
Jeff enjoyed gaming and streaming and had a natural sense of humor. His one-liners and dad jokes are appreciated by all.
Above all, Jeff was patient, kind, and compassionate. He was a loving son, brother, father, cousin, grandson, nephew, and friend.
Jeff is survived by his son, Andrew, and his sister, Faith, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Through organ donation, Jeff will help save the lives of others and will be remembered as the hero his son believes him to be.
Visitation will be held at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753, US, on February 28, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
