John C. Lammond Jr., 59, of Forked River, NJ, passed away September 18, 2016, after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born August 9, 1957, in Elizabeth, NJ. He grew up in So. Toms River, later moving to Forked River. John was a talented artist. He was an avid collector of comic books and action figures. He was a fun loving person and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
John was predeceased by his parents, Joan Magnussen and John Lammond. He is survived by his loving sister Kathleen Lammond of Forked River; his brother Kevin Lammond and his wife Maryann; his niece Kristen; and his nephew Christopher, all of So. Toms River; his good friend and caregiver Debbie Conroy; and his extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, September 23, from 6 to 9PM, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ. There will be a service at 7:30PM. Cremation will be private.
